Six trendy recipes from the Rome Bar Show, previewed for iBESTmag.
For the upcoming event dedicated to the world of Beverage & Mixology, we took the opportunity to give you a few “gems” in preview among those you will find on September 23/24 at Palazzo dei Congressi in Rome.
Thanks to my friend Carlo Dutto (an expert in the field, who has already provided us with great success, some cocktail recipes for the past summer), we have the possibility to offer you six tasty drinks, among those that companies and mixologists present will propose to the public during the main event or side external events.
1 – Dark n’ Stormy

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
6 oz of Gosling’s Stormy Ginger Beer
a lime zest for garnish

The most drunk rum in Bermuda comes with a drink that only he can do: the Dark ‘n Stormy. 2 – The Quincessential Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS:
Ice to fill the Highball glass
40 ml Ramsbury Gin
160 ml tonic Peter Spanton’s No. 9 Cardamom
3 slices of quince (Quince)
2 thin slices of lime
3 – K-Fruit Strawberry Mule

INGREDIENTS:
2 cl Keglevich Strawberry
2 cl Keglevich Dry
1 cl lime juice and crushed basil
Ginger beer top
Basil garnish
Keglevich’s K-Fruit Mule recipe, a reinterpretation of the classic and much loved Moscow Mule based on fruit vodka made in collaboration with a prestigious pool of bartenders. Fruit Vodka makes its debut as a protagonist, revealing its versatility and interpreting the new frontiers of mixology. There are a total of ten K-Fruite Mule recipes, with different personalities who know how to surprise, intrigue and amaze, responding to consumer tastes and current trends. The most requested: green apple and cinnamon and strawberry.
4 – Tonica Rovere “Gin&Tonic”

INGREDIENTS:
Tonic with essence of oak wood by Bibite Sanpellegrino
Diced ice
Lemon and rosemary zest
4cl of Gin
PREPARATION:
In a low tumbler add the ice cubes and pour the gin and Tonic Sanpellegrino with oak wood essence. Gently mix with a barspoon and decorate with a sprig of rosemary and lemon zest.
5 – Super Dry

Top of Asahi Super Dry
Coldstream Guards Punch

INGREDIENTS:
45 ml Beefeater London Garden
6 gr Lemon Oleoo Saccharum
25 ml Fresh Citrus
30 ml Orange Pekoe Tea water
Made with a build technique and served in teacup with ice, a balanced drink, very British, ideal for a meal, a dessert or at 5 o’clock. Tea is not drunk only at 17:00. A cocktail to serve strictly in a ceramic cup!
